This Statement of Privacy is established by SHOPALLY SA (hereafter “Stellar”). Stellar has its registered office at 7 rue de Livourne, 1060 Brussels, with the company number 0534.940.746.

The aim of this Privacy Policy is to explain how Stellar, as Data Controller, insures the processing of those Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy was written in compliance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Law on the Protection of Privacy”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation”).
